21-Day Challenge for West Seattle Women

I'm looking for 10 women that fit the following criteria to take 

part in our 21-day total-body transformation challenge:

So if you:

  • Are a woman aged 18 +
  • Can make a financial commitment to their health
  • Want to learn how to eat clean and cook healthy and simple meals
  • Live in West Seattle or surrounding areas
  • Can follow an easy, step-by-step meal plan designed to burn fat, optimize your metabolism, and balance your hormones

So if you:

  • Can dedicate 55 minutes 3-4 times a week to exercise
  • Want to be a part of an AMAZING community of women who support each other
  • Are willing to give it 110%¬†
